Hmm, none of those things apply to me. My system is squeaky clean, I am local adminstrator. Not having any other problems with any other software. This is the first time I've had any problem installing anything whatsoever. Did you actually try this installer on a GX-270 yourself to know for sure it works?

I don't know why it would fail with with such a useless message. I have installed lots of other stuff on this computer, including drivers and startup items with never any problem.
