See original comment below. Since then customer service contacted me, was very nice, and sent me a replacement unit. New unit has a different logo on it.

But setup and app is the same and easy. I'm overall happy with it.

I hope this unit works for more than a year. Aladdin connect worked great until something changed. Now controller reboots everytime I try to connect to it. Says offline. Tried removing and reinstalling. Doesn't help. Tried online chat support but they don't handle any connect topics.

You have to call. Waited 2 hours to be dropped into the no longer open message once and an hour another time.

Had time today but they're closed for the holiday. Really liked until it stopped working.
